Who?
Meet David
Our Lead Player and founder David Elms is a CIPD-qualified L&D professional by day, and successful comedian and improviser by night. Alongside appearing on TV, radio, and the West End stage, David worked in leadership positions at award-winning agencies designing and delivering learning solutions for some of the biggest and best-known organisations in the world. Places like EY, Accenture, HSBC, Deloitte, The Bank of England, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, Ocado, Clifford Chance, and Lego.
But corporate solutions weren’t always tackling the underlying issues. If people are struggling at work, it's going to take more than a few tips on teamwork to fix that.
Why can't working on a group project feel like being in the rehearsal room for a musical?
How can we create an environment where everyone speaks up, listens to each other, and fully commits?
The answer? Productive Playfulness. leapday was born.
